【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthetensilepropertiesof"asproduced"elastomericyarnsmadefromnaturalrubber,spandexorotherelastomers,usingaconstant-rate-of-extension(CRE)typetensiletestingmachine.Thepropertiesincludedinthistestmethodare:(1)forceatfirstfilamentbreak,(2)tenacityatfirstfilamentbreak,(3)elongationatfirstfilamentbreak,(4)worktobreakatfirstfilamentbreak,and(5)toughnessatfirstfilamentbreak.1.2Thistestmethoddoesnotapplytocovered,wrapped,orcore-spunyarnsoryarnsspunfromelastomericstaple.1.3Thistestmethodisapplicabletoelastomericyarnsintherangefrom40to3200dtex(36to2900denier).1.4ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorU.S.Customaryunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theU.S.Customaryunitsaregiveninparentheses.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
