【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesspecificationsandtestproceduresforestablishingthesafetyofphotographicfilmswithrespecttohazardsfromfire.Thespecificationsareapplicabletobothunprocessedandprocessedfilmsonanytypeofcurrentlyknownplasticsupport.Thesespecificationscoversilverfilms(bothgelatinandnon-gelatintypes),colourfilms,diazofilms,vesicularfilms,andstripedorfull-widthmagneticfilms.Magnetictapesandvideorecordingtapesareexcluded.AfieldtestforburningbehaviourisdescribedininformativeannexB,andmethodsofmarkingfilmaredefinedininformativeannexC.Asimpletesttodistinguishnon-safetynitrate-basefilmfromcelluloseesterandpolyester-basefilmisgivenininformativeannexD.note:1)Normally,unprocessedandprocessedfilmshavethesamesafetycharacteristics,soeitheronemaybetestedforconformancetothesespecifications.Ifanadditionaltreatment,suchasalacquercoating,hasbeenappliedafterprocessing,thesafetycharacteristicsmayormaynotbeaffected.Incaseofdoubt,bothunprocessedandprocessedfilmsmustbetested.
