【摘要】:ThispartofISO11114specifiestestmethodsandtheevaluationofresultsfromthesetestsinordertoqualifysteelssuitableforuseinthemanufactureofgascylinders(upto3000I)forhydrogenandotherembrittlinggases.ThispartofISO11114onlyappliestoseamlesssteelgascylinders.TherequirementsofthispartofISO11114arenotapplicableifatleastoneofthefollowingconditionsfortheintendedgasserviceisfulfilled:—theworkingpressureofthefilledembrittlinggasislessthan20%ofthetestpressureofthecylinder;—thepartialpressureofthefilledembrittlinggasofagasmixtureislessthan5MPa(50bar)inthecaseofhydrogenandotherembrittlinggases,withtheexceptionofhydrogensulphideandmethylmercaptaninwhichcasesthepartialpressureshallnotexceed0,25MPa(2,5bar).note:1)Insuchcasesthecylindersmaybedesignedasforordinary(nonembrittling)gases.
