【摘要】:ThispartofIEC383appliestoinsulatorstringsandinsulatorsetscomprisingstringinsulatorunitsofceramicmaterialorglassforuseona.c.overheadpowerlineswithanominalvoltagegreaterthan1000Vandafrequencynotgreaterthan100Hz.ThispartofIEC383alsoappliestoinsulatorstringsandinsulatorsetsforuseond.c.overheadelectrictractionlines.ThispartofIEC383alsoappliestoinsulatorstringsandinsulatorsetsofsimilardesignwhenusedinsubstations.Itmayberegardedasaprovisionalstandardforinsulatorstringsandinsulatorsetsforuseond.c.overheadpowerlinesandforcompositeinsulatorsets.TheobjectofthispartofIEC383istoprescribestandardelectricaltestproceduresandacceptancecriteriatoverifythedefinedcharacteristicsofinsulatorstringsandinsulatorsetsfallingwithinthescopeofthepartofIEC383.Thesetestsandcharacteristicsareintendedtogiveacommonbasetodesigners,usersandsuppliersofoverheadlines,insulatorsandlineequipmentwhendefinition,evaluationorverificationoftheelectricalcharacteristicsofsuchequipmentisrequired.Thesetestsarenotintendedtobemandatorytestsoninsulatorswhethersuppliedindi-viduallyorasstringsorassets.NOTES1TestsonstringinsulatorunitsaredealtwithinIEC383-1.TestsoncompositeinsulatorsaredealtwithinIEC1109.2Thispartdoesnotincludeartificialpollutionorradio-interferencetests.ThesesubjectsandrelevanttestmethodsaredealtwithinthefollowingIECreports:IEC437:Report-radiointerferencetestonhigh-voltageinsulators.IEC507:Report-artificialpollutiontestsonhigh-voltageinsulatorstobeusedona.c.systems.3Powerarctestsarecurrentlyunderstudy.
