【摘要】:この規格は,水中,特に表層水,生活及び工場廃水の全水銀のフレームレス原子吸光法による定量について規定する。最適条件下(最小のべースラインノイズ,スべクトル線の純度が高いランプ及び水銀含有量が非常に低い試薬)の分析では,測定試料中約0.05μgの水銀が定量できる。例えば,測定試料100mlを用いた場合の定量下限は0.5μg/lである。この方法は,7.3.1の操作で過マンガン酸カリウムの赤紫の色が持続できないほど多量の有機物を含む試料には適用できない。さらに。よう化物イオンの存在は,この方法の分析精度をかなり低下させる(9.参照)。
