【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.ThisInternationalStandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricalportable,motor-operatedsprayextractionappliancesandelectricalattachmentsintendedforindustrialandcommercialuse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsingle-phaseappliancesand480Vforotherappliances.Theseappliancesemploywater-basedcleaningagentsandareusedforcleaningfabrics,upholstery,carpets,floorcoveringsorhardsurfacesNOTE101Commercialusesareforexampleforuseinhotels,schools,hospitals,factories,shopsandofficesforotherthannormalhousekeepingpurposes,andintherentalbusiness.Machineswithorwithoutelectricalheatingelementsandwithorwithoutattachmentsarewithinthescopeofthisstandard.Thisstandardcoversappliancesinwhichthepressureofthecleaningagentispositiveandnotmorethan2,5MPa,orinwhichtheproductofthepressure(inMPa)andtheflowofcleaningagent(inlitresperminute)doesnotexceed100,andinwhichthetemperatureofthecleaningagentatthespraynozzleoutletdoesnotexceed85oC.Thisstandardalsoappliestomachineshandlinghazardousdustsuchasasbestosorliquidsforwhichadditionalnationalrequirementsmightapply.Itisalsoapplicabletoappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyforthemotor;butitisnecessarythattheirinfluenceistakenintoconsideration.NOTE102Attentionisdrawntothefactthat–forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;–inmanycountriesadditionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE103Thisstandarddoesnotapplyto–appliancesexclusivelydesignedtohandlehazardoussolvents,suchasflammableorexplosiveliquids;–appliancessolelydesignedforhouseholduse;–appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(vapourorgas);–audio,videoandsimilarelectronicapparatus(IEC60065);–appliancesformedicalpurposes(IEC60601);–hand-heldmotor-operatedelectrictools(IEC60745);–personalcomputersandsimilarequipment(IEC60950);–transportablemotor-operatedelectrictools(IEC61029).
