【摘要】:ThisTechnicalSpecificationgivesguidancefortheassessmentofconformityintendedtobeincludedinthemanufacturer'squalityplanaspartofthequalitymanagementsystem.Itincludes:a)requirementsformaterials,components,jointsandassembliesgiveninEN1456-1;b)requirementsforthemanufacturer'squalitymanagementsystem;NOTE1ItisrecommendedthatthequalitymanagementsystemconformstoENISO9001[1];c)definitionsandprocedurestobeappliedifthirdpartycertificationisinvolved.NOTE2Ifthirdpartycertificationisinvolved,itisrecommendedthatthecertificationbodyisaccreditedtoEN45011[2]orEN45012[3],asapplicable.InconjunctionwithEN1456-1itisapplicabletoPVC-Upipingsystemsintendedtobeusedfortheconveyanceofsewageanddrainageunderpressureatapproximately20°C:a)buriedintheground;b)seaoutfalls;c)laidininlandwatersand/orinducts;d)suspendedbelowbridges.ThisspecificationisalsoapplicabletoPVC-Upipingsystemsforthecontinuousconveyanceofsewageanddrainageuptoandincluding45°CasrequiredinEN773[4].NOTE3InthiscasethepressurederatingfactorsgiveninFigureA.1ofEN1452-2:1999apply.NOTE4Nopressurereductionisnecessaryforthedrainageofwastewatersatshort-termpeaktemperaturesupto45°C(cumulatedfor2yearsduringaservicelifeof50years).
